Please note that J&M Horsedrawn Carriages are unable to refund any deposit monies taken should personal circumstances change. All cancellations must be notified in writing 2 months prior to wedding date or full payment is liable.

In the event of a breakdown on our behalf, J&M Horsedrawn Carriages will endeavour to make alternative transport arrangements for you.

The outstanding balance shall be paid no later than 10 days prior to your occasion date (exc. funerals).

In the event of extreme weather conditions e.g. fork lightning extreme high winds, and severe icy conditions, we will have the right to not continue with the horses.

For weddings there is a waiting time limit when we arrive to pick up the bride of 20 minutes.

Children can be taken on the carriages as long as they are accompanied by an adult and must be strictly supervised and remain seated at all times.
